Commercial Wireless Access System
APM worked closely with Massport’s in-house telecommunications staff and legal advisors to draft the Authority’s solicitation of proposals for the development and operation of a Commercial Wireless Access System at Logan International Airport. APM also provided support for Massport’s evaluation of proposals, and, following selection of a developer, prepared presentations for executive decision-makers (Massport Board of Directors and executive staff) in connection with their review and approval of proposed agreement terms.
