APM prepared abstracts of more than 500 rail property agreements pertaining to the EOTPW’s rail properties, and developed an agreement management system using off-the-shelf software to support day-to-day operational and reporting requirements, allow staff to develop and manage annual operating budgets, support planning efforts, and inform executive decision-making.
